NOAA is excited to host a Certified Apartment Leasing Professional course in November. This course is an NAA credential course perfect for leasing and marketing professionals. Attendees will learn about:
- Using technology to generate traffic
- Monitoring and managing your community’s reputation
- Effective marketing plans
- Relationship sales process and evaluating personal sales performance
- Conducting a market survey
- Evaluating a prospect’s commitment level and overcoming objections
- Compiling a comprehensive community resource tool

BASIC INFORMATION
Time – While all classes begin at 9 a.m., class duration depends on instructors, number of students and class content. We believe that all classes should be let out no later than 2 p.m.
Location – Classes will be in person at the NOAA Office, 2519 Detroit Avenue, Cleveland, OH 44113.
Cost – This course costs $500 for members, $600 for nonmembers.
