Our Associate/Supplier Membership serves vendor companies across Northern Ohio. Membership gives you the opportunity to network with property management firms and owners to grow your business.

Associate/Supplier Membership Benefits
Networking Meeting
Our dynamic networking meetings are a great opportunity to network with members. At each meeting, a Primary and Associate/Supplier Member speak on relevant topics and how to build business relationships between members. Meetings are free to attend and are held monthly in both Northeast and Northwest Ohio. You can attend one networking meeting before becoming a member.
Membership Directory
Members receive an annual Membership Directory. Associate/Supplier Members are listed with contact information and a products and services list. Primary Members are encouraged to establish business relationships with Associate/Supplier Members. Additional advertising opportunities exist throughout the Directory to provide greater exposure and brand recognition.
Suites Magazine
Members have the opportunity to purchase advertising and submit editorial content in our Suites Magazine. Suites is published quarterly by E&M Consulting and features Association updates, upcoming events, and current articles of interest to our membership. Our circulation reaches 1,000+ owners, managers and site staff throughout Northern Ohio.
Trade Show & Exposure
Associate/Supplier Members have the opportunity to display their products and services at our annual Trade Show and tabletop meeting. Associates are given opportunities to sponsor different components of member events in exchange for recognition, signage, and exposure.
Key Awards
The Key Awards celebrate excellence in the multi-family housing industry by recognizing and awarding owners, managers, and staff in communities that achieve the highest standard of property management professionalism. Associate/Supplier members have the benefit of driving judges to different properties on our Key Awards Judging Day.
Events & Networking
We provide business and social opportunities to network with other members. Networking meetings and events are for your benefit and are meant to expand your circle of professional contacts. Events include our Spring Kickoff Seminar, Fair Housing Seminar, Golf Outing, Key Awards, Maintenance Mania, Trade Show and more!
NOAA Online
