The Fair Housing Act and Section 504 requirements can be tricky without proper training. “Ignorance is bliss”, but it gets you sued in the apartment industry. William L. Willis “Bill” graduated from Denison University and received his law degree from Capital University in 1987. Willis Law Firm has evolved by representing an extensive number of commercial and residential landlords over the last thirty years.
